Dr. Scott Neil
Dr. Scott was raised in northern Utah. He attended Utah State University for his undergraduate education and majored in Biology. While pursuing his studies, Dr. Scott took a physiology class and immediately knew he wanted to pursue a career in health-care. After researching various health-care professions, he decided to become a dental professional. The family friendly aspects of the dental field were very attractive to him. Dr. Scott was chosen to attend the Dental program at Case Western Reserve in Cleveland, Ohio for graduate school. While at Case Western, he fell in love with dentistry and in his own words, became “a dental nerd”. Case Western Reserve has an excellent hands-on program with lots of training and experience. Dr. Scott volunteered weekly at the free clinic in East Cleveland providing dental care. He also served as President of the Psi Omega Fraternity. Dr. Scott, along with Dr. Rachelle and other fellow dental students, set up a semiannual clinic in the Dominican Republic that continues to be supported by Case Western dental students. After putting a lot of thought into where both he and Dr. Rachelle not only wanted to practice, but where they wanted to raise their family, they decided on Las Vegas, Nevada. They opened their office in April 2004 and have been going strong ever since. Dr. Scott has two beautiful little girls that keep him very busy in his spare time. Dr. Scott always jokes that he is destined to be around women. He enjoys working professionally with his wonderful wife Rachelle. Dr. Scott’s enjoyments are outdoor activities, church and time with the local Boy Scouts. |
